Our Motivation
We live and breathe recruitment consultancy. Why? Because we daily meet great personalities and find assisting and advising candidates a most rewarding and varied task. Also, talking with clients provides inspiring insights into a company's culture and into the job behind the job spec. We draw a great deal of ideas from these conversations which also help us enhance our network. Dr. Thomas Belzner
- Degree in mathematics, statistics and computer science

- After some years in science, management tasks in the IT industry for 25 years (software and consultancy, banks and insurance companies)
- Executive IT and CIO positions for many years
- Building and training teams including talent acquisition, design of change processes
